Made from a number of tender muscles, these strips are ideal for healthy stir-fry meals. Thinly cut so they cook quickly, they remain tender as they are cut across the grain. All of our beef comes from our small group of local farmers, who we have dealt with for many, many years. Once processed, the beef is dry-aged on the bone, all steak meat remains on the bone for between 21-30 days ensuring immense flavor and a consistently high standard of our final product.
