Pork Chops with Cheese and Beer Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 2 Pork chops
  • 50g (2oz) Strong cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp English mustard
  • 1½ tbsp brown ale

Method:
  1. Grill the chops under a moderate grill for 7-10 minutes depending on the thickness. Turn the chops over and grill for a further 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Mix together the cheese, mustard and brown ale.
  3. Spread over the chops and grill until the cheese has melted.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with tomato halves and watercress sprigs.
